Non-guaranteed reservations are held until 24 hours prior to the expected arrival time; the hotel has no obligation to secure bookings after that time. To secure a guaranteed all night reservation, the guest must provide an adequate deposit whether in cash or one of the following:
- An acceptable credit card number
- A company name, address and telephone number where the company has a signed agreement with IHG to guarantee payment
- A travel agent ARC/IATA member number with guarantee status
Cancelling your reservation after 6.00 pm on the day of arrival, or failing to show will result in a charge equal to the first night’s stay to your credit card.
